Overview: 

Luxe Productions is looking for a Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing audio-visual equipment and materials, picking and filling orders from company inventory and sub-rental vendors, along with organizing and retrieving assets in the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for fulfilling gear pulls on all jobs, as well as maintaining the respective departments in the warehouse. This position is crucial to the accuracy of equipment on show site and the organization of equipment in the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain department-specific equipment, configure assets on an order-to-order basis, check equipment in and out, clean and generally maintain the equipment resources in the warehouse.

  • Perform immediate QC procedures, general maintenance and repairs prior to returning equipment.

  • Re-stock equipment correctly according to Luxe standards.

  • Participate in the loading and unloading of equipment from vehicles.

  • Update inventory

  • May function as a delivery driver


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in audio/visual production

  • Must have knowledge of all cables, fixtures, and industry standards

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Safe work practices

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to take direction, work independently and maintain a clean work area

  • Ability to work some weekends
