On January 29,2026, Wish Upon a Wedding brought together supporters, sponsors, and couples at the Bridgeport Art Center for an evening celebrating love, resilience, and hope. Designed around an Elegant Circus-inspired theme, the gala blended theatrical energy with deeply personal story telling.

Luxe Production was honored to support the evening with immersive lighting, staging, and production elements that helped bring the vision to life while keeping the focus where it belonged: on the mission and the couples being celebrated.

Event Overview

The gala blended theatrical energy with heartfelt storytelling, creating a space where generosity and celebration met with purpose. Designed around an Elegant Circus–inspired theme, the evening balanced immersive design with deeply personal moments.

Our team collaborated with the gala committee to provide staging, lighting, audio, and video support that elevated the program while keeping the focus on the couples and the mission.

In the main ballroom, a custom tiered stage and central circular platform anchored the room. A suspended multi-sided video halo and TV screens surrounding the perimeter ensured every guest felt connected to the program, while dynamic moving dance floor lighting and aerialist spotlights added movement and dimension throughout the evening.

Behind the scenes, our production team managed technical coordination and on-site execution, working collaboratively to ensure a seamless experience in support of Wish Upon a Wedding’s meaningful work.
