The Event Lead/Designer will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event including: supervision of all event staff, communication between event client/vendors/production team, installation of equipment and event technician. They are responsible for and ensuring overall customer satisfaction and creating an exceptional experience. This position will focus on wedding lighting design and implementation, with potential for alternate A/V disciplines and event types.

Event tech to run and engineer either Audio, Lighting, or Video for live events. It is their job to make sure that everything works correctly and make sure that it is done to the standard and satisfaction of the customer.

The Warehouse Assistant/Event Installer is responsible for moving, storing, covering, and preparing equipment for warehouse storage or into bins for delivery. He/She is also responsible for loading and unloading event equipment, and setting up and striking (taking down) the event equipment. He/She takes direction from and reports to the Event Logistics Manager(s), and may receive direction from the Director of Production, the Loading Dock Supervisor, Event Directors, Event Installation Leads and Technical Leads.

Private event DJ to play and host events such as weddings. This is a customer service minded person who understands the importance a DJ role plays at events and the impact we bring to guests.

The Video Technician is an integral part of the pre event and event day team. They work closely with the Event Designer and Production Lead to program and run Vmix and Resolume for events. The Video Technician is responsible for loading and unloading event equipment, and setting up and striking (taking down) the event equipment. The Video Technician takes direction from and reports to the Event Designer and Production Leads.

The Production Lead is a critical point of contact for all event related needs of a Luxe client. He/she is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships. The Production Lead works in a team-oriented environment with the other operations departments to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.

The Driver is responsible for driving the company vehicles to and from events, client, vendor and venue locations, making pick-ups and deliveries. The Driver is also responsible for loading and unloading event equipment.

Luxe Productions is looking for a Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing audio-visual equipment and materials, picking and filling orders from company inventory and sub-rental vendors, along with organizing and retrieving assets in the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for fulfilling gear pulls on all jobs, as well as maintaining the respective departments in the warehouse. This position is crucial to the accuracy of equipment on show site and the organization of equipment in the warehouse.
